Tonight is all about controversy. We talk about the things that infuriate us. We dig deep into our psyche and talk about the things that absolutely make us want to tear our hair out, and we share those with you! From politics to idiot nature lovers, people who exploit the sufferers to lying governments - we get messy on this one. There is something in there about stuff that makes us happy too, and someone cries. We also read your feedback on what really grinds your gears!

This week on Nerd Up Jesse is joined by Mandy Kennedy, Asa Gray, and Seanan Young to talk about the recent Captain America reveal in comics, Netflix's new deal with Disney, and a discussion on the merits and faults of Battleborn and Overwatch.  The gang is surprisingly split on this one and there's a lot of arguments for and against both games.

PZ85 Sports is here for your Memorial Day Weekend sports coverage! Cody jumps into the shakeup at Baylor in light of its sexual assault accusations, Keenan Reynolds and how the Navy is handling his military commitment, and Ludacris' rider when performing at the University of Georgia. He also discusses the Stanley Cup and NBA Finals, as well as appreciating greatness as it happens in sports, not only after it's gone.

This show was difficult to record, both emotionally and technically. Despite losing our hope for a new era following Extreme Rules, we press on and cover the hottest news in wrestling. This week - we give our thoughts on Extreme Rules and it's mediocre and predictable booking, talk about the big angles on RAW featuring AJ Styles/Charlotte/Reigns/Rollins, preview our big discussion about the newly announced brand split, and Asa gives a heartfelt rant in the wake of Cody Rhodes statement regarding his sudden departure from WWE.

PZ85 Sports is back with an abbreviated edition this week! Cody talks about the Dikembe Mutombo tweet that brought more controversy to an event that has historically been a sports conspiracy theorist's dream: The NBA Draft. Cody also discusses the potential of a four-point line in the NBA and why two players from previous eras hold drastically different viewpoints on the tradition and future of the NBA.

This week is all about movies. Hear us rant about the new Ghostbusters reboot, as diehard fan Seanán opens up the floodgates of rage against those who have harshly and unfairly judged the new film without seeing it. Lindsey and Jesse join him to discuss Bill Murray's baffling refusal to return to the franchise, when Adam Sandler stopped being fun, the Suicide Squad, trailers, 100 million reasons to play James Bond, Madea, and we ask the important question - why the hell does the new Tetris film cost 80 million to make?!

We're days away from Extreme Rules, and this week we answer the ultimate question - can AJ Styles beat Roman Reigns? No. No he can't. However, we still preview the PPV, and your classic three are joined by Big Johnny himself! We give our opinions, insights, and predictions for this Sunday, as well cover Emma's injury, RAW, NXT, who to fire next, and much more!

Bigfoot. Tonight there is a shocking amount of talk about Bigfoot. From the Destination America show "Mountain Monsters" to how to increase your survival percentage, we cover it here...for some reason. We also talk about the found footage genre, former cast members on PZ85, Brisco County Jr., and other things that Seanán may have imagined in a fevered dream. Plus - will Night Knight Zack Ryder be the newest hit on the WWE Network?

The "Dalton Anthony Farewell Tour" is coming close to its end, but not before stopping by at PZ85 Sports! Cody and Dalton discuss Rob Gronkowski and the Madden Curse, "McGregor vs Mayweather," changes in weight cutting for the UFC, and the potential retirement of Tim Duncan.

In a throwback to the days of old, we get real angry and real NSFW on this week's episode. Murderer George Zimmerman attempted to sell the same gun that killed Trayvon Martin, and has been met with the proper venom that he deserves. Seanán becomes enraged as he laments this travesty of justice and good taste, while Jesse and Dalton discuss the problems with gun ownership in the United States. Meanwhile, Lindsey just wants to talk about Pokémon, and the gang does in a late show preview of next week's Nerd Up.

This week the gang explores the sad saga of Adam Rose in the wake of his arrest today for domestic violence in Florida. We also cover the big WWE releases last week, including some shocking names, and the threat of more releases to come. Later - why is New Jack on the front page of What did Balor have to say on his first night back since losing his NXT title to Samoa Joe? All of this and more on this week's PWU! And don't miss the end, as Dalton says his goodbyes in his final wrestling podcast.

Seanán incurs the wrath of Ally as he debuts his new nickname, while Asa finds refuge from his own rage against humanity by asking his cohosts questions straight from the great Chuck Klosterman. What's more impressive - a real magician with five actual magic tricks or Albert Einstein? Find out tonight! Also - Seanán laments never getting a Darkwing Duck figure for Infinity, we tackle transgender controversy, and is Asa going to be legitimately murdered?

This week Jesse is joined by Asa and Dalton to talk about the new Power Rangers outfits, the new Han Solo, Battlefield 1, and they give a non-spoiler review of Captain America:  Civil War followed by a full blown spoiler heavy review.  Don't worry, though, there's plenty of warning before we get to the spoilers.

Cody is back with another episode of PZ85 Sports and he's brought his soapbox! He discusses the Johnny Manziel "saga" and how coddling athletes can lead to future repeats of this situation; Cody also talks about coaching changes in the NBA and why a lack of patience concerning coaches is a prevalent issue in sports.

Tanner is still MIA, but this week Seanán, Ethan, Jesse, and Lindsey are in the studio to (not) celebrate Cinco de Mayo, reveal their most awkward encounters with the opposite sex, reminisce on growing up poor, swimming pools, Power Rangers, and much more. Just another week at PZ85!
